Soar Virtual Assistants – Website Terms

This website is operated by Greenakom Group Pty Ltd trading as Soar Virtual Assistants, ABN 13 166 673 114, based in Adelaide, South Australia. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Soar Virtual Assistants.

These terms apply to our website and general resources. Paid services are governed by a separate written service agreement.

1. Using this website

Use our website and resources lawfully. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit misleading information or misuse another person’s personal information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and ensure you are authorised to share information about another person.

2. Information and results

Our website, Scorecard, reviews and resources provide general business information and guidance. They do not replace legal, tax, accounting, employment or other regulated professional advice.

Scorecard results are indicative and depend on the information supplied. They are not an audit or a measurement of lost revenue.

Examples, cost comparisons and timeframes are estimates, not promises of specific savings, revenue, candidate availability or business results. This does not limit any express commitment in your service agreement or rights under law.

3. Services and direct placement

Completing a Scorecard, making an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not commit you to purchasing a placement.

Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, payment stages, support, cancellation arrangements and any placement protection. That agreement governs the paid engagement if it differs from these general website terms, subject to applicable law.

Under our direct-placement service, the client selects, contracts with, pays and manages the VA directly. Soar Virtual Assistants provides the agreed role-design, recruitment, placement and support services.

The client and VA are responsible for their engagement arrangements and applicable obligations. Calling an arrangement a contractor engagement does not by itself determine its legal classification.

4. Resources and intellectual property

Website content, templates, frameworks and other resources belong to Soar Virtual Assistants or the relevant rights holder.

You may view and use publicly available resources for your own internal business purposes, subject to any stated licence. Do not resell, republish or commercially distribute them without permission.

Access to and permitted use of paid resources, including SOAR Business Growth AI, are governed by your service agreement.

5. AI tools, security and client responsibilities

SOAR Business Growth AI is a collection of structured instructions, guidance and skills used within a client’s own AI tools or large language model platform. It is not a separate AI model or a secure data-hosting service operated by Soar Virtual Assistants.

Clients select, subscribe to and manage their own AI platforms and accounts. Unless expressly included in the service agreement, third-party subscriptions and usage charges are the client’s responsibility.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Selecting an appropriate platform, subscription and secure working environment for the intended use.
  • Reviewing the provider’s terms, privacy practices, data retention, model-training settings and overseas processing arrangements.
  • Managing accounts, permissions, connected tools and access, including removing access when no longer required.
  • Giving their VA clear instructions about approved tools, permitted information and required review or approval.
  • Managing and monitoring compliance within their business, including privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property and any industry-specific requirements.

Sensitive personal information, confidential client or customer records, identity documents, financial account details, passwords and access credentials must not be entered, uploaded or exposed to generative AI tools when using our resources.

This restriction applies to prompts, attachments, screenshots, recordings, connected folders, integrations and automated workflows. Use public information, fictional examples or appropriately de-identified material instead. Removing a name alone may not prevent identification.

A paid or business subscription does not automatically make a platform suitable for sensitive information or override these restrictions.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Clients and their VAs must review outputs before relying on them, sharing them or using them to make decisions. Clients retain responsibility for approving business communications, actions and changes.

Providing SOAR Business Growth AI does not give Soar Virtual Assistants automatic access to, or control over, a client’s accounts, prompts, files or VA activities. Unless separately agreed, we do not monitor the client’s AI environment or certify its security or compliance.

These responsibilities do not exclude Soar Virtual Assistants’ own obligations under applicable law or the service agreement.

6. Third-party services

Third-party websites, software and AI platforms have their own terms, fees, availability and privacy settings. Links or references do not imply that Soar Virtual Assistants owns or controls those services.

Clients should check that their chosen tools support the intended use. Features and compatibility may change as third-party providers update their services.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing on this website or in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any voluntary placement protection is additional to applicable statutory rights.

We take reasonable care with website information but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item is always current. Contact us to clarify information before relying on it for a purchase or material business decision.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this page to reflect changes in our services, practices or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version.

Updates do not retrospectively change an existing service agreement or remove accrued rights. We provide further notice or seek consent where required.

These website terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in South Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory rights available elsewhere.
